I Can't Smile Without You

Mikey padded along slowly behind his brother, his arm being tugged lightly towards an unknown destination. His mask was turned around, the knot resting on the top of his beak, making sure he was unable to see. He reached up with his free hand, scratching lightly under the 'blindfold'. "Leo, where are we going?"

"Shush Mike, you'll see." Leo gave a smile he knew his brother couldn't see, and continued to pull his brother along. He lead him out of the lair, and guided him with his voice up the ladder, his hand never leaving his brother's.

He stepped away once Mikey's feet were firmly planted on the ground, and walked a little ways away. "You can look now Mikey."

The smaller turtle moved his hands up, righting his mask so he was able to see, and he glanced around in awe. The roof was decorated with small candles along each edge, and a blanket rested in the middle with a basket and a small black boom box. "Leo?"

Leonardo merely shook his head and crouched down, pressing the button before walking back to his brother. He held his hand out. "May I have this dance?"

A soft blush dusted across Mikey's cheeks, and he took Leo's hand, the red darkening as he was pulled against Leo's chest. He chuckled softly as the lyrics reached his ears.

"You're so corny Leo…" Mikey laughed, moving to the song, swaying with the beat as he glanced up.

Leo chuckled as well, shaking his head, "But it's all true, so why's it corny?" He leaned down, stealing a kiss as the rest of the song played softly in the background.
